DELIVERY

Delivery of orders will be made within 1 to 7 days. Most orders from Klang Valley are delivered within 1 to 3 days. We deliver to all states in Peninsular Malaysia.

You will receive a tracking number for yor order.

We regret that we are, at this time, unable to deliver to Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order has been packed and dispatched for delivery, the item can no longer be cancelled.

RETURNS POLICY

Because of the nature of the products (food preparation, service and consummables) and for hygiene reasons, we regret that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns unless the product/s you received is defective or broken.


RETURN FOR REASON OF CHANGE OF MIND


All items at iHORECA.Store are carefully described, with acoompanying photos and in most instances, accompanying vieos to better deliver information about the brand.

We advise you to carefully read the items descriptions and contact us if you have aby further questions. Returns for reason of "change of mind" is regrettably not accepted by our store.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

All our items are carefully packed and handles with care. In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us is faulty, we will offer you a replacement or refund.

Please notify us within 48 hours if the item you received is defective or broken. Please take photos of the broken item and send to us at sales@ihoreca.store or whatsapp us at 012 511 0241.  

We will arrange the delivery of your replacement.

Beyond 48 hours, we regret that we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
