WINE MAKER TASTING NOTES : “TISSUE LABEL” WHITE WINE MADE BY GARGANEGA 100% PRODUCED ON VOLCANIC SOIL IN THE SURROUNDING OF THE CLASSIC AREA OF SOAVE. THE PRODUCTION PER HECTAR IS OF 8000 KG OF GRAPES, ALL HAND HARVESTED AND WITHOUT USE OF PESTICIDE. IT’S A WINE MADE IN A NATURAL WAY, MADE BY SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATION WITH OWN YEAST AND LONG AGING ON THE "FECCI FINE" THE PURE GARGANEGA ON THE GLASS. FULL OF RICHNESS AND MINERALITY.

ABOUT THE WINES : In the hills of soave the vine-grower, gino magnabosco, together with his family, carry on this very passion that traditions have handed down. Intense scent, dry taste and fresh are characteristics of monte tondo's wines that are difficult to forget.
