TASTING NOTES: Garnet red colour with purplish hints showing its youth. Very expressive nose of very ripe small red fruits with jammy aroma of cherry and raspberry. Sweet and round attack, ample middle, slightly fat, on raspberry eau-de-vie aroma, and a fresh finish on black pepper aroma. This wine shows a nice balance between the fruit, the fatness and the freshness, do to the altitude of the plots. 

ABOUT THE WINERY  : The goal of our work on this cuvee is to produces a wine which reflects the pure expression of the Grenache: a fruity and spicy aromatic potential with soft and round tannins. Fermentation at 25°C, vinification protected from air, then post fermentation maceration during 4 weeks. Ageing potential : To be enjoyed from now and within the next 3 years. To be served refreshed around 16°C.
