TASTING NOTES: Wine color intense cherry and crystalline appearance. Powerful aromas of ripe black fruit. The palate is powerful, fleshy, rich expression frutal.Equilibrado. ABOUT Care Roble : The different varieties were vinified separately given their different maturity cycle. These grapes, once destemmed and not squeezed, were taken to the stainless steel frustoconical fermenting tanks. After a cold maceration (9ºC) for 8 days, the alcoholic fermentation was carried out with selected yeast, allowing the temperature to reach 24ºC. After the discovery, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.
